Workshop Details

Date: Friday 14th June Times: 10am-2pm Cost: £90 Venue: Stonegate, Egmere Road, Walsingham. As always at Reef Make & Do, refreshments as well as delicious homemade cakes and a two course lunch are always included in your workshop to ensure you can fully unwind and enjoy your day. Join me and silver jewellery maker Claire Howard for a fabulous workshop day making Silver Bar Necklaces. Come along and make a beautiful bar necklace using traditional silversmithing techniques. At our workshop, you will learn how to cut, file and shape sterling silver, we will drill holes for necklace chain and learn to use jump rings to attach chain and clasps to our bar necklaces. You will also have plenty of time to practice your stamping technique. We will use copper to test out your designs before moving on to working with silver. During this workshop, you will have enough time to make 2 necklaces, or a necklace and a bracelet. All your materials will be provided as well as lots of help for you to make the most beautiful necklaces to wear yourself and as a gift to someone special!
