Each workshop at Reef Make & Do is taught by an experienced artist who loves sharing their craft. Our painters, printmakers and textile artists bring a wide range of creative disciplines to the programme, from the calm guidance of painter Mary Blue to the joyful linocut printing workshops led by Sue Welfare and the beautiful botanical casting taught by Clare Towers and the mixed media art taught by Sally Hirst.
You will also meet highly skilled makers such as professional basket maker Karen Bek, whose willow weaving workshops have become firm favourites, and paper flower artist Charlotte Hepworth, whose extraordinary crepe paper flowers introduce guests to a wonderfully intricate craft. Alongside these artists, makers such as Penny Lindop and many others bring their own creative expertise to workshops throughout the year.
