SOPHIA SHUVALOVA

Sophia Shuvalova is a contemporary figurative artist and arts educator based in Norwich. Her work explores Classical, Folk, and New Mythologies through Old Masters techniques and modern approaches. She has exhibited widely including at the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts, Norwich Playhouse, and Bank Arts Centre, and she regularly teaches creative workshops that weave together art history, place, and imagination.

Sophia graduated in Fine Art from Norwich University of the Arts and has extensive experience in arts education and public engagement across Norfolk.
