Workshop Details

Date: Wednesday 19th June Time: 10am-3pm Cost: £125 Venue: Stonegate Farm, Egmere Road, Walsingham. As always at Reef Make & Do, refreshments as well as delicious homemade cake and two course lunch are included in your workshop day. Come and join me for another lovely, mindful day of willow weaving with local basket maker Karen Bek. Join us for a one day workshop to create a set of three Poppy seed heads. Willow is a versatile and sustainable material for creating garden sculptures and these Poppy seed heads will look beautiful nestled into flower beds or standing in flower pots. You will learn how to weave hoops into spheres using long slender rods of willow and adding the distinctive details of the poppy seed head. All materials will be provided, however, if you have a trusty, much loved pair of secateurs then do bring them if you would like.
