WET FELTED FLOWERS with Marian May

Create beautiful hand-felted flowers in Norfolk using fine merino wool and vibrant embellishments in this joyful, hands-on felt-making workshop with textile artist Marian May.

Join us for a colourful and creative day learning the art of wet felting. Using loose wool fibres, soap and water, you will discover how to transform soft merino wool into beautiful, textured blooms that are full of character and charm. Hand-made felt is completely different from the pre-formed felt of childhood craft boxes and offers endless opportunities for playful creativity.

Guided by the lovely Marian May, you will experiment with colour, shape and texture as you make two striking flower designs, one star-shaped and one circular. Your finished pieces can be worn as brooches, clipped to hats or bags, or arranged in little pots as cheerful decorations at home.
