Weekly Painting with the fabulous Mary Blue: APRIL
In this new block we will be looking at composition and scale. We will work on minatures and large format paintings to explore the boundaries and power of the scale and palcement. The strength of good composition will be discussed and analysed and we will do hands on exercises designed to increase your ability to shift something around in your painting to give it a stringer composition.
We will do a number of life drawing/ paintings including painting each other in pairs as well as paint a life model:
6th April - still life in front of window reviewing shapes
13th April - still life interior, reviewing perspective
20th April - still life interior, reviewing pattern
