Join us in North Norfolk for a festive half day Christmas cake and chocolate making workshop, learning how to prepare beautiful homemade treats to enjoy and gift during the festive season.
Come and get ready for Christmas with me in this warm and welcoming afternoon of baking, making, and sharing. This workshop is designed for anyone who enjoys creating thoughtful handmade gifts and wants to feel organised, inspired, and quietly festive long before December arrives.
In a relaxed setting, you will be guided through creating a generous selection of traditional Christmas cakes and handmade chocolates and chocolate salami, ready to take home and enjoy.
During the session, each guest will make one two pound loaf Christmas cake and two small round 10cm cakes, ideal for gifting, sharing, or, of course, keeping for yourself. You will learn my tips for creating the prefect rich fruit cakes that mature beautifully over time.
