Join us in North Norfolk for a half day workshop when we'll be making GLUTEN FREE focaccia and bagels bagels, learning how to make beautifully soft, flavour packed breads using simple ingredients and hands on techniques.
This relaxed and rewarding workshop is designed for anyone who enjoys baking, good food, and learning practical skills in a warm and welcoming setting. During the session, you will learn how to make both classic focaccia and traditional bagels from scratch, gaining confidence in working with dough and understanding how different techniques create very different results.
You will be guided step by step through mixing, proving, shaping, and baking, exploring the key differences between focaccia and bagel doughs, textures, and finishes. You will learn how to create light, airy focaccia with delicious toppings, alongside beautifully chewy bagels that can be enjoyed sweet or savoury.
