Workshop Details

Date: Friday 29th November Time: 10am-3pm Cost: £90 Venue: Stonegate, Egmere Road, Walsingham. Join me at Reef Make & Do at this most wonderful time of year to create an entirely natural and reusable festive willow wreath. At at time when we are being urged to think about sustainability and looking after the planet you can rest assured that all materials used will be natural and compostable and that the willow wreath will be able to be used for years to come if looked after properly. We will begin by learning some basic willow skills to create either one large or several smaller wreaths, as you please. We will then decorate our beautiful wreaths with a range of dried and /or fresh foraged foliage as well as flowers, herbs, feathers, seed heads as well as beautiful vintage fabric ribbons. You can decide if you want to go simple and sparse or bold and beautiful! Either way you get to create your own truly bespoke wreath to be hung either inside or outside your home.. Once Christmas is over and done, if you wish you can dress your wreath with other seasonal flowers and foliage All materials will be provided for this workshop but do feel free to bring anything that you may like to include. * PLEASE BRING SECATEURS.
