Date: Friday 24th February Times: 10am-3:30pm Cost £90 As always at Reef House, delicious refreshments as well as homemade cake and lunch is included in the workshop. Come and join me and the lovely Sue Hudson from Breadworks for this collaborative workshop. We are so excited to share both our passions in one delicious workshop! For the soups, we will be cooking up two of my favourite winter warmers. We will begin with an utterly delicious French Onion Soup cooked in the classic way, slowly cooking down our onions for maximum flavour and using beef stock. We will also cook up a hearty spiced cauliflower and spinach soup with a garlic and coriander garnish. Perfect food for this time of year! For breads we will create Pampushka which are garlic sharing rolls which we will eat with the soups for lunch. We will also make two different delicious loaves to take away: a soda bread and a wholemeal sandwich loaf. You might want to put a hold on dinner on this workshop day!!
