Workshop Details

Date: Thursday 6th October Time: 10am - 3pm Refreshments and cake as well as a delicious homemade lunch are included in the day. Really good homemade preserves need time to mellow before eating so the preserves you make in this workshop will be ready to give for Christmas prezzies or eat over the holiday period. Edible gifts always go down a treat and your family and friends will love them! Over the day we will make a selection of preserves including chutney, piccalilli and cranberry relish. You will get to take home several of each make... enough to get you started on a a couple hampers. I will also give you recipes for all the preserves so that you can make them again at home later. We will also add festive jar toppers and make labels so your prezzies look the business! If you have them, do bring any clean, washed jars especially if you want to use fancy or matching jars for presents. If you like to make Christmas hampers or give edible gifts then this might be the perfect workshop for you. This workshop is part of a series of Christmas hamper workshops which, if you do several or even all, will culminate in enough homemade produce to shower your loved ones with tasty treats. The Christmas hamper workshops are all booked separately. You do not need to book them all.
