Workshop Details

Date: Wednesday 2nd October Times: 10am-3pm Cost: £90 Venue: Stonegate, Egmere Road, Walsingham. As always at See Make & Do, refreshments as well as delicious homemade cakes and a two course lunch are always included in your workshop day to ensure you can fully unwind. Spurred on by the colder weather, I love start getting ready for winter by making stores. I love having a cupboard full of delicious store cupboard preserves, not only because it is an inexpensive way to use up any seasonal produce you grow or buy but also because these preserves add welcome hearty flavours in the depths of winter. Come and join me for the second instalment in this Making Stores series where we will be creating some of my favourite and delicious winter warmers. We will be making * Hearty ale chutney * Piccalilli * Peppered cider and apple cheese (not actually cheese at all but a delicious condiment.) * Souper Mix - this is a bouillon or homemade vegetable stock which is hugely versatile and will utterly transform your soups, stews and risottos: once you've tried it you'll never buy shop bought stock ever again! Start collecting / saving any lovely jars that you may like to use but I will also provide jars if you would prefer.

Terms and conditions Cancellation : *More than 6 weeks before course commences - refund minus 10% admin fee. *Less than 6 weeks before course commences - refund minus 10% admin fee ONLY if your place can be filled *Less than 14 days before course commences - no refund but a credit towards future courses at REEF Make & Do, minus 20% admin fee *Less than 5 days before the workshop no refund if we cannot fill your place.
