Join me for this BRAND NEW 2 day Mosaics workshop with artist Kathy Fleming from KF Creative Workshops. Dates 3rd & 4th July: Time: 10am- 3pm Cost: £200 Venue: Stonegate Farm, 12 Egmere Road, Walsingham. NR22 6BS Kathy is a self taught artist and makes the most AMAZING sculptures, designs and pictures in mosaic, as well as a range of lovely smaller things too. Her instagram feed was so exciting that I invited her for tea and now she is going to teach us how to design and create mosaics: yay! KATHY I enjoy holding mosaic art classes because I believe if you love something you should share it! In this first mosaic workshops we will be creating a mosaic in a small hardwood tray. I will teach you how to cut the glass as well as help with your design which could be a picture or an abstract design. You will be given instruction on how to use the tools needed to complete your own art piece set in a hardwood tray. The workshop is spread over two consecutive full workshop days to allow the mosaic to dry overnight before grouting.
