Date: Friday 29th April Times: 10am-2pm Delicious homemade lunch included Come and explore the wonderful world of natural dyes. In this introductory workshop we will be looking at getting the basics right: choosing the right fabrics and how to to prepare them for dyeing. We will then create two dye baths from food items - onion skins and avocado skins to create two beautiful, natural dyes which you can use to dye fabrics for future projects or upcyle unloved clothing to give it a new lease of life. All materials will be provided for this workshop; however, do rummage through your wardrobe and see if there is something you might transform by dyeing.
