Workshop Details

Date: Wednesday 3rd May Time: 11am-3pm Cost: £80 As always at Reef House, refreshments as well as delicious homemade cake and lunch are included in your workshop day. Come and join me and renowned bread maker Susan Hudson here at Reef House for a relaxing day making and eating a range of delicious breads. The workshops are suitable for novice bakers as well as those wishing to brush up on their skills, fill their bread bins and enjoy a few hours of creative fun! The delicious smell and taste of hot loaves and baked bread goods plus learning a skill makes for a really enjoyable day. During this workshop day we will be making: * Traditional Rosemary Focaccia Focaccia Classica al Rosmarino, * Panini soft rolls * Peasant bread Pane Rustico Also, working together we will make some golden Sicilian Semolina Bread Pane della Sicilia for lunchtime sharing. Sue will provide all the ingredients for the breads. Please bring an apron. Sue Hudson is a baker based in South Norfolk. She is passionate about beautiful, delicious bread made by hand with fresh ingredients. Having built up her bread making workshops over the past 12 years, your workshop will be relaxed and informal and you will make, shape and bake beautiful breads and rolls. Making bread is a rewarding and therapeutic skill Sue loves sharing with her students.
