Come and join me and renowned bread maker Sue Hudson here at Reef House for a relaxing day making and eating a range of delicious Christmas Breads. All Sue's workshops are suitable for novice bakers as well as those wishing to brush up on their skills, fill their bread bins and enjoy a few hours of creative fun! I believe festive means indulgent and traditional so here goes, come along and join in the creative fun and be prepared for Christmas: - Super-shiny challah bread wreath plait - Blue Cheese, mustard and paprika bread sticks - Seedy Stars - Date and Walnut Cobs, perfect pairing with Stilton Cheese The delicious smell and taste of hot loaves and baked bread goods plus learning a skill makes for a really enjoyable day. Susan will provide all the ingredients for the workshop. Please bring your own apron and a box or basket to take your loaves home in. Susan Hudson is a baker based in South Norfolk. She is passionate about beautiful, delicious bread made by hand with fresh ingredients. Having built up her bread making workshops over the past 12 years, your workshop will be relaxed and informal and you will make, shape and bake beautiful breads and rolls. Making bread is a rewarding and therapeutic skill Susan loves sharing with her students.
