Workshop Details

Date: Friday 3rd November Time: 11am - 3pm Cost: £80 As always at Reef House, refreshments as well as delicious homemade cake and lunch are included in your workshop day. Come and join me and renowned bread maker Susan Hudson here at Reef House for a relaxing day making and eating a range of delicious gluten free breads. It difficult to find beautiful bakes to make which are gluten free? Over the years, Sue has developed a few which have been satisfying, well received and enjoyed by all; she has put together a range to tempt you to try another way with gluten free! The workshops are suitable for novice bakers as well as those wishing to brush up on their skills, fill their bread bins and enjoy a few hours of creative fun! During the day we will be making: - Flatbreads with seedy toppings - Everyday White Tin Loaf - Green Pea Flour Blinis - Bitter Orange and Almond Cake The delicious smell and taste of hot loaves and baked bread goods plus learning a skill makes for a really enjoyable day. Susan will provide all the ingredients for the workshop. Please bring your own apron and a box or basket to take your loaves home in. Susan Hudson is a baker based in South Norfolk. She is passionate about beautiful, delicious bread made by hand with fresh ingredients. Having built up her bread making workshops over the past 12 years, your workshop will be relaxed and informal and you will make, shape and bake beautiful breads and rolls. Making bread is a rewarding and therapeutic skill Susan loves sharing with her students.

Terms and conditions Cancellation : *More than 6 weeks before course commences - refund minus 10% admin fee. *Less than 6 weeks before course commences - refund minus 10% admin fee ONLY if your place can be filled *Less than 14 days before course commences - no refund but a credit towards future courses at Reef House, minus 20% admin fee
