Workshop Details

Date: Friday 10th March Time: 11am-3pm Cost: £78 As always at Reef House, refreshments as well as delicious homed cake and lunch are included in the workshop. Come and join me and renowned bread maker Susan Hudson here at Reef House for a relaxing day making and eating a range of delicious enriched breads will go down a treat over the Easter holidays. The workshops are suitable for novice bakers as well as those wishing to brush up on their skills, fill their bread bins and enjoy a few hours of creative fun! During the day we will be making: * A dozen plum hot cross buns * Chocolate and pistachio Babka loaf * Feta and fresh herb sharing bread * Demo - cheese and potato focaccia. The delicious smell and taste of hot loaves and baked bread goods plus learning a skill makes for a really enjoyable day. Sue will provide all the ingredients for the workshop. Please bring your own apron and a box or basket to take your loaves home in. Sue Hudson is a baker based in South Norfolk. She is passionate about beautiful, delicious bread made by hand with fresh ingredients. Having built up her bread making workshops over the past 12 years, your workshop will be relaxed and informal and you will make, shape and bake beautiful breads and rolls. Making bread is a rewarding and therapeutic skill Susan loves sharing with her students.
