Workshop Details

Date: Friday 3rd March Times: 10am-3pm £90 As always at Reef House, there will be plenty of refreshments as well as delicious homemade cake and lunch included in the day. Come and join me in my kitchen getting ready for Easter with these sweet and delicious bakes. We will be making two 4" round Simnel cakes each , including making or own homemade marzipan. This is much more tasty than anything you can buy in the shops and is surprisingly easy to make. We will also make traditional Easter biscuits with lemon and currants which always go down well when friends and family descend! Whilst our cakes are baking we will also make some small boxes of chocolate truffles to either eat yourself or gift to loved ones. You may wish to bring your own apron, although I do have a few spares if you anyone does not have one. You will also need to bring some Tupperware or cake tins with you to take your bakes home in. Everything else will be provided on the day.

Terms and conditions Cancellation : *More than 6 weeks before course commences - refund minus 10% admin fee. *Less than 6 weeks before course commences - refund minus 10% admin fee ONLY if your place can be filled *Less than 14 days before course commences - no refund but a credit towards future courses at Reef House, minus 20% admin fee
