Date: Friday 9th December Time: 11am-3pm Delicious homemade refreshments and lunch are all included in the cost of the workshop - some of it by you! Come and join me and renowned bread maker Susan Hudson here at Reef House for a relaxing, festive day making and eating a range of delicious Christmas bakes. These can all be frozen and saved for Christmas....if you can resist that is! The workshops are suitable for novice bakers as well as those wishing to brush up on their skills, fill their bread bins and enjoy a few hours of creative fun! During the day we will be making: *Stolen * A Walnut and date loaf * Stilton bread sticks The delicious smell and taste of hot loaves and baked bread goods plus learning a skill makes for a really enjoyable day. Susan will provide all the ingredients for the workshop. Please bring your own apron and a box or basket to take your loaves home in. *Please note this workshop is only for 6 people due to the complexity of the breads to be made. This plus the extra special Christmas ingredients is why this workshop costs more then the previous bread workshops. Susan Hudson is a baker based in South Norfolk. She is passionate about beautiful, delicious bread made by hand with fresh ingredients. Having built up her bread making workshops over the past 12 years, your workshop will be relaxed and informal and you will make, shape and bake beautiful breads and rolls. Making bread is a rewarding and therapeutic skill Susan loves sharing with her students.
