Date: Wednesday 15th June Time: 11am-3pm Delicious homemade lunch included - some of it made by you! Come and join me and renowned bread maker Susan Hudson here at Reef House for a relaxing day making and eating a range of delicious breads. The workshops are suitable for novice bakers as well as those wishing to brush up on their skills, fill their bread bins and enjoy a few hours of creative fun! During the day we will be making: *Summery Focaccia with softened red onions, sea salt and fresh rosemary *Folded “Gozleme” skillet flatbreads filled with fresh mint, feta cheese and herby sun-dried tomatoes (lunch) *Raisin, olive oil and herb boule The delicious smell and taste of hot loaves and baked bread goods plus learning a skill makes for a really enjoyable day. Susan will provide all the ingredients for the breads. Please bring an apron. Susan Hudson is a baker based in South Norfolk. She is passionate about beautiful, delicious bread made by hand with fresh ingredients. Having built up her bread making workshops over the past 12 years, your workshop will be relaxed and informal and you will make, shape and bake beautiful breads and rolls. Making bread is a rewarding and therapeutic skill Susan loves sharing with her students.
