Helen from Helen Handmade Books is here for two consecutive days! On this second day she is teaching us how to make beautifully decorative chain stitched books. Date: Friday 7th March Time: 10am - 4:30pm Cost: £150 Venue: Stonegate Farm, 12 Egmere Road, Walsingham. NR22 6BS I am so excited to be making more books! Decorative Chain Stitched Books During this one day class you will learn to make two decorative chain stitched books, one with a hardbound cover and the second will be bound in either leather or vegan friendly 'washable paper'. This is a lovely and very practical binding, it has an intricately stitched spine and lays flat when in use making it a very practical book. These would make ideal notebooks, journals or sketchbooks. There will also be a range of decorative cover papers and coloured threads to choose. All equipment and materials will be provided along with step-by-step demonstration and practice. Suitable for beginners.
